My 5 Random & Weird Facts
1. I like to bite my shirts...so much that eventually all along the collar of the shirt, there will be holes. The most severe case of a shirt I have, is where the collar on the front half of the shirt is completely detached from the shirt itself, looking like a weird fabric necklace.
2. I like to wear my jacket over my puffy black vest.
3. I love getting train tracks. Train tracks is when you wear a pair of pants that has an elastic waist, or socks that have elastic in them, and after wearing these items of clothing for a while, marks will appear on your skin, appearing to be bumpy, like train tracks. It feels neat when you run your hand over it after.
4. I have a keen leisure interest in resesearching admission processes into different college and university programs.
5. I tend to leave all cupboard doors open after I use them. Example: I would be in the kitchen cooking lunch. By the time I am done cooking, all the cupboard doors of the kitchen would be wide open.

| Dear LIGHT bros and sis:
Have you responded to shugz e-mail regarding the bowling night fundraiser for CORE? If not, it's time to do so Please show you're support (we have currently received minimal responses) as we still have a handful of tickets for our fellowship. Step forward and sponser soon as the time is near! Just by coming out and participating is a contribution in itself This is His ministry we are investing into - may God be glorified for all He has in store!
Shugz and I will continue to wait patiently for a few more days... may our email accounts be flooded with responses soon. Thanks again, everyone. God bless. | | |
| Please pray for my back guyz... still can't believe i injured it... such a careless mistake - so not worth it... can't sit long, can't stand long, can't lift anything, can't run, can't bend... makes me feel so debilitated and angry at myself...

| Today was a BIG day for me. Finishing up my two-month placement at Columbia Rehab Centre had officially marked the end of my lengthy journey as a student. Ladies and gentlmen... otboy is now officially an OT =) (minus the national board exam part.. haha but soon to come). Thank you so much for all your prayers and support throughout these past couple of years.
In addition, let me further share about God's limitless grace and providence:
Last tuesday (3 days ago), I found a job posting on the internet - one that I really really wanted to apply for. Basically, this position was in the same area of practice as my two-month placement at Columbia (vocational rehab/return to work). I scrambled to put together my first ever resume (keep in mind i never had to develop one as a musician before) tues. nite and sent it off wednesday morning. I received a call wednesday afternoon and my first ever job interview was scheduled for friday (today). I went to the half day interview (interviewed by a gazallion people, one staff after another) and was eagerly anticipating that I would go home and receive a call for a second interview ---> to my surprise, the clinic director of OrionHealth announces to me today that she would like to offer me a full-time position on the spot (as soon as I'm back from vacation in September)! Awesome starting salary... extreme benefits... mentorship provided... they're gonna give me time off to study for my board exam and still pay me....5 weeks of vacation per year.... one of the most reputable clinics in the industry... Thank you God for providing me with this full-time position at OrionHealth. This is a dream come true. It's truly a miracle how they offered the competitive position to a new grad like me over other therapist applicants with years of experience... evidence again that everything is under His control, in His perfect timing and guided by His hand - nothing is impossible!
Wow, not only am I an OT now, I'll be making some bux too... sweet =)
